Set up a dog walking business, where you hire school-aged kids to walk people’s dogs. For instance after school, while the owners are still at work. You can pay them minimum wage, and it would be an easy way for them to earn an extra income. Only thing that would be needed is someone to establish, promote, and control (manage) the business, putting a reliable face on it, which the dog owners can trust. I.E. you as a good manager.
Just make sure to take out liability insurance, should something happen to one of the dogs, or the dog walkers, and be vigilant in controlling the little bastards, so they don’t abuse or neglect the pooches.
